Who am I ?

I’ve been deeply involved in sports and fitness throughout my life, giving me a rich tapestry of experiences both in competition and behind the scenes. Beyond just being an athlete, I’ve dedicated significant time to understanding human physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition. My academic foundation, when meshed with hands-on experience, has granted me a holistic perspective on physical health and training. While the world of fitness is filled with many talented individuals, I pride myself on my continuous learning journey and my commitment to blending theory with practice.

My goal now is to provide you with my knowledge, experience and education and to help you relieve your pain!
