Entering the fourth week of our 8-week training program, you should already be feeling some relief in your shoulders, and your overall fitness level should have significantly improved.
In this week, we're stepping up the intensity and challenging you to become even stronger and fitter. You'll be tackling a higher intensity level with 5 workouts, along with 2 rest days. To progress to the next week, your goal is to complete a minimum of 4 workouts. Please note that starting this week, the aerobic activity day will count as a workout day. This change reflects the remarkable progress you've made.
Of course, if you're feeling good and up for the challenge, you're more than welcome to complete all 5 workouts. Your dedication to this journey is admirable, and we're ready to take your fitness to the next level.
