Welcome to the fifth week of our 12-week training journey. As we enter the second month of this program, congratulations are in order! By now, you should be feeling a significant improvement in your lower back, and any pain you initially experienced should have decreased even further. This progress is a testament to your dedication.
In week 5, we're stepping things up a notch. The exercises will be slightly more challenging, with more sets, but your body should be well-prepared to handle the increased intensity. Your goal this week is to complete a minimum of 4 workouts to progress to the next week. As you become stronger, the exercises naturally become more challenging, helping you achieve your fitness goals.
