Welcome to the third week of our 12-week training journey. This week, it's time to level up! We're increasing the challenge by introducing 5 workouts, along with 2 rest days. To move on to the next week, you should aim to complete a minimum of 3 workouts, just like before. However, keep in mind that this program is designed for individuals who might want to tackle all 5 workouts. If you're feeling good and up for the challenge, go for it! Progressing to week 3 means you've already achieved a specific level of fitness, so keep up the great work!
