In this week, you'll find a schedule of 4 workouts, 2 rest days, and 1 aerobic day (active day). To successfully conclude this week, it is essential to complete a minimum of 3 full workouts. Failing to complete at least 3 workouts during this week should deter you from progressing to the next week, as this would not yield the desired results.
