Circuit (1) - sets for time (3) - 1st set execute the first 6 exercises for 30 seconds each with 25 seconds rest between exercises. Rest 2 minutes before moving to the 2nd set in which you will execute the first 7 exercises for 35 seconds each with 20 seconds rest. Rest 2 minutes before the 3rd set in which you will execute all 8 exercises for 25 seconds each with 20 seconds rest between exercises.
