The exercises listed below are intended to help you warm up your shoulders and prepare for nearly every subsequent session. For each exercise, aim for 6 to 15 repetitions. You can perform each exercise once or select only a few that make you feel comfortable and prepared. Depending on your schedule and preference, you can complete one, two, or even more sets. Ensure your warm-up does not exceed 10 minutes.
