Circuit (1) - sets for time (3) - 1st set execute all exercises for 35 seconds with 20 seconds rest. 2nd set execute all exercises for 45 seconds with 30 seconds rest. 3rd set execute all exercises for 25 seconds with 25 seconds rest.
