Entering the fifth week of our 8-week training program, we're continuing to raise the bar and push your limits for stronger, pain-free shoulders and enhanced overall fitness.

This week, you'll continue with 5 workouts and 2 rest days, maintaining the higher intensity level. To progress to the next week, aim to complete a minimum of 4 workouts. Remember that the aerobic day already counts as a workout day. As your strength and fitness continue to improve, you have the option to complete all 5 workouts if you're feeling up to the challenge.

Your dedication and hard work are paying off, and we're excited to see the progress you're making. Keep that motivation high as we journey towards achieving your goals. You're doing fantastic, and we're here to support you every step of the way!
