Welcome to the fourth week of our 12-week training journey. Congratulations on reaching this milestone! The good news is that your lower back should be slightly better, and you should be experiencing a decrease in pain. This week, we're taking another step forward. We're increasing the intensity further with 5 workouts and maintaining 2 rest days. As with previous weeks, your goal is to complete a minimum of 3 workouts to progress to the next week. However, remember that this program is adaptable, and if you're feeling strong and ready, tackling all 5 workouts is a great option. Moving into week 4 indicates that you're well on your way to achieving your fitness goals. Keep pushing forward!
