By this point, you might experience some soreness, especially if you're training 5 times a week. As the exercises and workouts become more challenging, it's normal for your body to respond with some soreness. If you do encounter significant soreness, don't worry; it's part of the process. You have the flexibility to scale back to a minimum of 3 workouts per week if needed while still making progress. Remember, the key is consistency and listening to your body.
